The Emerging Leadership Program is a process designed to help individuals in the 35-45 age group develop the attitudes, skills and qualities necessary for personal and organizational leadership.

Our Multi-Week Process for “The Boss Course:” An Emerging Leadership Program includes:
- 6 facilitator led sessions
- A text and an audio-CD to address different learning styles
- An action plan workbook for self improvement
- Allows time for participants to “apply” what they have developed between sessions, generating immediate measurable results
- Ends each session with specific goals and action steps to be completed prior to the next session
- Access to the facilitator by phone and email during the process
- 2 thirty minute private coaching sessions within 90 days of last session
