The "Boss Course": An emerging leadership program
Leadership remains for many a misunderstood and elusive quality. The capacity for leadership exists in everyone, but most people never take the time required to develop it. In essence leaders create their own future, and they drive the future success of their departments and organizations.
The Emerging Leadership Program is a process designed to help individuals in the 35-45 age group develop the attitudes, skills and qualities necessary for personal and organizational leadership.

Our Multi-Week Process for “The Boss Course:” An Emerging Leadership Program includes:
- 6 facilitator led sessions
- A text and an audio-CD to address different learning styles
- An action plan workbook for self improvement
- Allows time for participants to “apply” what they have developed between sessions, generating immediate measurable results
- Ends each session with specific goals and action steps to be completed prior to the next session
- Access to the facilitator by phone and email during the process
- 2 thirty minute private coaching sessions within 90 days of last session
